This is one of the best starter credit cards out there, mostly because it builds a relationship with Chase, one of the best credit card issuers out there. The other thing is that getting this as a beginner card, it elevates your earnings right away to 1.5x Points on everything where other starter cards only give you 1x Points or 1% Cashback. So if you're looking to build a setup, it'll allow you to earn more on everything whilst you build it or you can just keep it and get elevated earnings on every purchase.

Another benefit is that it actually earns Chase Ultimate Rewards Points, so it can be redeemed in so many different ways, like Cashback or travel. This is one of the best credit cards to get early on. I'd also suggest pairing this with the Chase Freedom Flex, as the Freedom Flex gets you all the other elevated earrings on dining and drugstores.

I suggest getting this card for everyone, especially if you're near to credit. It is such a great card to be able to build off of.
